Hand plaited raffia is stitched into a domed crown. Wide brim is wired and trimmed
on the underside with a layer of fine gathered tulle. Crown is covered with lavender flowers
with yellow sequin and bead centres. Brim is delicately finished off with a row
of lace and long tails at the back. Brim is curved to show underside of hat when on
the dolls head. Hat secures on with long ties that can be made into a bow under the chin or on the side.
